Providerland has carried out a takeover: Interoute has officially incorporated Easynet.
At the end of last year, the network provider Interoute, also present at LCL's data center, took over the European managed services provider Easynet. For the transaction, Easynet's business was valued at 402 million pounds sterling.
In addition to expanding the range of products and services on offer, the takeover will also lead to greater expertise and competence of which existing clients and new prospects of both companies worldwide can make use.

Operators who have an introduction in the first meet-me room at LCL Diegem can now opt to be present in the second meet-me room as well.
That way, redundancy is guaranteed.
