At the end of the tour, visitors are asked to respond to the following question:
“On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely is it that you will recommend LCL to a friend or colleague?”.
Visitors who respond with a score of 9 or 10 are labelled “promoters”.
Those who give a score of 7 or 8 are “passives”,
while visitors who give a score of less than 7 are “detractors”.
The NPS is obtained by simply subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.
Out of every 100 visitors to our data centers, 67 are promoters, 22 are passives, and 11 are detractors.
The NPS is therefore 67 minus 11, or 56.
